For over 42 years, Daystar has stood as a source of hope and support for our community. In the wake of the recent hurricanes, we are here to help those impacted by the storm with essential services, resources, and a caring community ready to lift you up. We know that recovery can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Daystar is by your side, offering compassion and practical help when you need it most.
If you or someone you know is struggling in the aftermath of the hurricane, we offer the following services to help you through this challenging time:

Daystar Life Center is a Strategic Partner of Nuevo en US (www.nuevoenus.org), an organization whose mission is to help immigrants and the nonprofits that assist them. Nuevo en US and Daystar owe a debt of gratitude to Car Credit (www.carcredittampa.com) and its owner, Steve Cuculich, for supporting their efforts to educate and empower people struggling to meet their needs.
Heide Cornell, Daystar’s Executive Director, is proud of the wide-ranging services her organization offers. “There is no cookie-cutter solution for people and their families”, she says. “At Daystar, we craft Individualized Assistance Plans and walk side-by-side with our neighbors on their path to stability.”
