To submit a request for assistance with a past due utility bill or rent assistance,

please submit your request by clicking on the appropriate button below. The form must be filled out completely, with the

required documents uploaded, or your application will be denied.

Changes to Financial Assistance Services

We accept rent assistance applications starting on the 5th of each month, until we reach capacity for the month.

We accept utility assistance applications starting on the 15th of each month, until we reach capacity.

Please Note:

To avoid delays in processing your request, be sure to submit all required documents along with your application.

Incomplete applications cannot be accepted or approved.

Our entire team is carefully trained and faithfully dedicated to understanding your unique situation and making sure your needs are addressed. In some cases, we may refer you to other caring community organizations who have more of the resources you require.

Note: Rent assistance applications are accepted between the 5th and 14th of each month. Utility bill assistance requests are available between the 15th – end of each month.

Daystar Life Center is funded primarily by donations from individuals, businesses, churches and civic groups in the community.  We could not help our neighbors in need without your financial support.  You have a right to know that we will not trade, share, or sell a donor’s personal information with anyone else,  nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.  This policy applies to online and offline donations.

If you provide us with your physical address, email address, or phone number, this information is confidential within our organization.

Online donations made on this website are processed by SafeSave™ using their secure servers; we do not receive your credit card information.  If you provide us with your credit card information in order to make a donation, we will shred it immediately after the transaction is processed.

Information about your donation is handled with respect and confidentiality.  Your donations will be used for the purposes for which they were given.
