Submit a Request for Rent or Utility Assistance
To submit a request for assistance with a past due utility bill or rent assistance, please submit your request by clicking on the appropriate button below. The form must be filled out completely. Please note that rent assistance cannot be accepted after the 12th of the month.
You may continue to submit requests, however, due to the holiday and current volume, we will not be reviewing new applications for utilities until the week of July 15th, 2024. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Daystar volunteers harvest our edible garden on Wednesday, and provide produce directly to clients at our center every Thursday morning.
